This is a “secret” Productivity Tool<\/em> that Property Agents have been using for a long time. A Laser Measurement Device. This allows agents and their clients to easily take accurate measurements in the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather than pulling out the conventional measuring tape, and doing a “relay” system for a large space, it takes just a few seconds to get the measurements within a space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The device may seem complicated, but it’s actually very easy to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have also seen this used by building contractors and interior designers. It saves so much time and can be just as (if not more) accurate than doing tape measurements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But for short distances, a tape will still be easier<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Property agents can help to determine the dimensions and space in a room quickly, do up a rough layout plan and help customer to visualise the space and layout for their furniture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many brands and models available, different price range as well. We see a budget version Laser Range Finder by Xiaomi<\/a> here at Shopee. We have been using the Bosch GLM 80<\/a> and highly recommend it as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s well-built, with protective pouch and easy to use. The built-in rechargeable battery can last quite long in a single charge (never tested exactly how long).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
